Please mark your Calendar for the weekend of March 17-18, 2012. This special retreat will be led a guest Zen master, Billy Flying Horse Starnes. He is Fajian's initial Zen teacher  --  back in the 90s. For details, please visit http://www.lotustemple.us/nextretreat.html

Tai Chi Workshop: February 4, 9:30 AM to 3 PM
This workshop will be a time to explore Tai Chi as a more in-depth practice. Movements will be based on the graceful style of T’ai Chi Yi’àn, also called Meditation in Motion – themovements being a form of meditation. We become better aware of our mind and body, develop good chi (energy flow) as well as clarity of mind by focusing on the present moment. This refreshing experience will not only give us an enriched dimension of life, but also keep us healthy, physically fit and mentally well-balanced. Prior experience of Tai Chi Yi’àn or other forms of Tai Chi are not required to participate in this retreat. Advanced registration however is requested at http://www.taichiyian.com/nextworkshop.htm
