THE ZEN VISION QUEST

Please mark your Calendar for the weekend of March 17-18, 2012. This special retreat will be led a guest Zen master, Billy Flying Horse Starnes. Tai Chi Workshop

This practice will be a time to explore Tai Chi more in-depth. Movements will be based on the graceful style of T’ai Chi Yi’àn, also called Meditation in Motion. We become better aware of our mind and body, develop good chi (energy flow) as well as clarity of mind by focusing on the present moment. This refreshing experience will not only give us an enriched dimension of life, but also keep us healthy, physically fit and mentally well-balanced. Prior experience of T'ai Chi Yi’àn or other forms of Tai Chi is not required in order to participate. Advanced registration is requested at academy@taichiyian.com
