TUESDAY:  5:20 PM Meditation (20 minutes)

THURSDAY:  Meditation in Motion

7:30 to 8:15 PM T'ai Chi Yi'àn. Beginners and advanced students. Sign-up details.

SUNDAY (May 13):

9:00 to 10:00 AM Zazen Meditation. Kinhin (walking) as needed.

10:00 Dokusan, as arranged.

10:30 AM Meditation & Dharma Service. Followed by social time.

Summer Refresher

No pun intended, but it is time for a meditation refresher, i.e. reviewing your practice, posture and etiquette. We plan on offering this training on some Friday in June for an hour or so. All sangha members should attend. Newcomers are welcome also. It is a free event, followed by potluck or a garden party. Bring a friend.

Tai Chi Workshop: Saturday, June 9, 2012

Our summer workshop is designed for both beginners and advanced Tai Chi training. Choose what is appropriate for your level or attend both.  
PART I  Beginners: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon: This time is for those who have just started with Tai Chi or have not yet begun. 
Part II  Advanced: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: We will first spend time reviewing Tai Chi more in-depth, including basic elements, movement techniques, postures, personal strength and weakness, awareness of the interplay between mind and body. Fajiàn will gradually introduce the Level 3 form and series like the Four Elements, Directions, Four Seasons, Moving Forces, etc. ...
